THIS PLACE IS PERFECT - small enough to know everybody, close enough to Thamel to get things done but still in the real Nepal, clean rooms and above all else wonderful friendly proprietors who have now became my friend. I had to stay in Kathmandu much longer than I had planned. I only survived because I stayed here. I will insist that all my friends stay here whenever they visit Nepal.
